THE SPA provides the ideal escape: a selection of treatments that combine the philosophies of Eastern European’s tradition and a gym equipped with the most up to date technology and a Zen Studio with several classes and has eight treatment rooms, including two double suites, specially designed for the realization of treatments through a holistic approach, taking care of the face and body without forgetting the inner well-being, one indoor pool, a vitality pool with jacuzzi, a dry sauna, hammam and three saunas of different aromas and temperatures and parking included.
Any client who performs a treatment can enjoy the facilities of THE SPA.
Treatments
All treatments are available to hotel guests, SPA members and external clients.
Any treatment includes the use of THE SPA facilities.
In case of physical conditioning or pregnancy, please let us know at the time of booking, so that we can prepare your experience.
Reservations are recommended at least one week in advance and can only be confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount.
Arrival time
It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the start of each treatment. In this way, you will have enough time to change your clothes, before starting to enjoy the thermal experiences and the relaxation room.
Cancellations
Late cancellations, less than 12 hours in advance, implies full payment of the treatment or program.
Delay in arriving at treatment will limit its duration, thus reducing satisfaction and full benefit from it.
Other Conditions
Access to children outside the hotel under 13 years old is not allowed.
The use of children between 13 and 16 years old is allowed as long as they are permanently accompanied by an adult.
The use of undue spaces and equipment will be the responsibility of the adult.

Guest: 20€ per day, per person
External Customer: 50€ per day, per person
From 13 to 16 years old: €15, as long as accompanied by an adult
Children up to and including 12 years old: Free with restricted hours from 1pm to 7pm, provided they are accompanied by a guest or member (max. 2 children per adult).
