FAQ's

Is access to the steam bath/sauna and pool included in the room price?

The access to THE SPA facilities has a cost for guests, if they don´t include the SPA in their accommodation reservation.


The daily pass to use the spa facilities for hotel guests costs 20Eur per person.


The indoor swimming pool is located within the spa facilities, so when purchasing a daily pass, it is included.

Is it mandatory to stay at the Hotel to go to THE SPA?

THE SPA can be enjoyed by anyone, even if they are not staying at the hotel.


You can book treatments or simply use the facilities of THE SPA, even if you are not accommodated.


To enjoy THE SPA as an external guest, there is a cost of 50 EUR per person per day.

This fee does not include any treatments.

What to bring to wear at THE SPA?

If you come as an external guest, you only need to bring a bikini or swimsuit; everything else you need will be provided. We will give you a locker where you can find flip-flops, face towels, bath towels, a robe, and a bag for your wet swimsuit.

You will also have access to shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, as well as a hairdryer.


If you come as a guest, you can arrive at the spa facilities in your robe, swimwear, and flip-flops, using the VIP elevator on your floor to go directly down without going through the lobby.


Wearing a shower cap is optional.

We recommend wearing a robe when using the other facilities, including if you wish to enjoy a light meal at the Juice bar in THE SPA.

Can children use THE SPA?

EXTERNAL CHILDREN:

Ages 0 to 12 years are not permitted.

From 13 years old, it is allowed to use THE SPA, with a daily fee of 15 EUR, but only when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum of 2 children per adult).


CHILDREN STAYING AT THE HOTEL:

Ages 0 to 12 years are free from 1 PM to 7 PM, from Monday to Sunday, using only the pool and changing rooms, when accompanied and supervised by an adult hotel guest.

Ages 13 to 16 years are allowed to use THE SPA, with a daily fee of 15 EUR, but only when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum of 2 children per adult).

What does a One Day Access to THE SPA include?

One day at THE SPA includes:

  • Free access to the parking lot for the day (you can leave and return as needed)

  • Indoor pool (where we hold Aqua Gym classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

  • Water circuit, commonly known as a jacuzzi, featuring jets and submerged beds

  • Relaxation area by the pool and in the Heat Experience zone

  • Heat Experience, with 3 saunas of different temperatures and aromas and a shower

  • ZEN Studio, where we hold classes from Monday to Saturday (*ABS, Circuit Training, Mindfulness, Pilates, Recharge, and Full Body Conditioning)

  • Gym with the latest digital technology and smart equipment from Technogym, allowing you to enjoy a personalized fitness experience

  • Hammam and Dry Sauna,

*In August, classes are not held at THE SPA.

Is there an indoor and outdoor pool at THE SPA?

THE SPA has a heated indoor pool and a water circuit with jets and submerged beds.

There is no outdoor pool at THE SPA.

What are the operating hours of THE SPA?

THE SPA is open every day of the year.


From Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM

On weekends and holidays, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

What floor in the hotel is THE SPA located on?

THE SPA is located on Floor -1 of the Hotel.

How long can i use THE SPA facilities?

We do not limit access, anyone who purchases a THE SPA pass will be able to enjoy it throughout the day.


No Pre-Booking is required to use THE SPA facilities.

Is there a children´s pool?

The hotel does not have a children´s pool.

How can I purchase a Gift Voucher

Vouchers can be digital, if you don't have time to visit the hotel, or physical, if you prefer to give it as a gift.


To purchase a physical voucher, you must go to the Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa and buy it at THE SPA reception (Floor -1).


To purchase a digital voucher, you should send your request to THE SPA's email (thespa@sheratonporto.com).

Various payment methods are available: MBWay, Reference/Multibanco, or Bank Transfer.

How to Book?

Reservations can be made directly at THE SPA, via the reservations email (thespa@sheratonporto.com), or by phone (+351 22 040 40 30).


It is recommended to book 2 days in advance of the desired session date

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend the scheduled treatment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.


Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a 100% charge of the total amount.


Please note that arriving late for the treatment will limit its duration, reducing both your satisfaction and the full benefits of the service

Is the Pool heated?

The pool is heated and is part of THE SPA facilities, which may or not be included in the accommodation rate.


For external guests, the pool is part of the spa access daily pass or if you purchase any treatment.
